Background
FTA Global was established in May 2025 with a clear position in the marketing industry: Fast, Tactical, Accountable.
When the PR programme began in July 2025, the company was still building its identity in the Indian marketing and business media landscape.
The leadership team brought substantial industry experience, but the new company needed its own recognition.
This distinction shaped the communications approach from the beginning.
The objective was not to repeatedly highlight the founder's professional journey. It was to use leadership visibility to communicate FTA Global's vision, solutions, capabilities, and future direction.
The Challenge
Building media outreach from scratch presented three immediate challenges.
Establishing media relationships: FTA Global needed to introduce the company and its spokesperson to journalists covering marketing, advertising, technology, and business.
Building spokesperson visibility: Leadership needed opportunities to participate in industry discussions where FTA Global could contribute a relevant point of view.
Establishing industry credibility: A newly established company had to demonstrate relevance through its work, opinions, and business developments rather than relying on paid publicity.
The Strategy
The PR approach focused on three priorities:
1. Corporate narrative over personal profiling
Leadership backgrounds were used to establish context and credibility, while interviews focused primarily on FTA Global's business, solutions, vision, and future plans.
The intention was to make the company the subject of the story, with its leaders providing the perspective.
2. Organic editorial coverage over paid publicity
Media outreach prioritised journalist-led articles, industry stories, opinion pieces, and relevant business announcements.
Rather than purchasing coverage, the team focused on identifying stories that publications had a reason to carry.
This included contributions to industry trends, year-end discussions, and Union Budget coverage.
3. Building credibility beyond news coverage
The communications programme extended into speaker and jury opportunities, industry events, awards, and owned publishing initiatives such as Marketing Stack Magazine.
This gave the brand more ways to participate in the industry than press releases alone.
The Execution
The first year focused on developing editorial relationships, establishing a regular outreach process, and creating opportunities for FTA Global's leadership to contribute to relevant discussions.
Relationships were strengthened with media groups including Campaign India, The Times Group, and BW Businessworld.
Leadership articles and company stories appeared in publications such as ET HRWorld, YourStory, Exchange4media and Adgully.
Between July 2025 and June 2026, the programme recorded:
- 27 authored articles and opinion features
- 37 completed industry story opportunities
- 11 interviews
- 14 press releases concluded
- 5 speaker and jury opportunities concluded
In total, 110 PR activities were initiated, and 103 concluded during the first year.
Another key initiative was Marketing Stack Magazine, developed as a brand-building and sales-enablement asset.
The first edition had 150 copies, followed by 500 copies for the second edition.
The programme continued beyond June 2026, adding 35 more activities, expanding media coverage, and strengthening the company's presence through awards and speaking engagements.
The Outcome
The clearest outcome was establishing a sustained media presence for a company that started without an established PR footprint.
During the first reporting year, FTA Global secured 271 organic print and online coverages, with a reported potential audience of 82.01 million+.
The subsequent reporting update added 129 more coverages and approximately 33 million+ in additional potential audience.
This brought cumulative coverage to 400+, with a potential audience exceeding 115 million.
The programme also recorded 145 initiated PR activities across the extended reporting window.
Beyond coverage volume, FTA Global developed a more visible industry presence.
Its leadership became part of editorial discussions and industry events. The November update records nine speaking and panel opportunities for Senthil Kumar Hariram, alongside nine industry awards.
The first-year competitor analysis also showed FTA Global ahead of the selected marketing agencies in the report's Google News visibility comparison.
The result went beyond publicity alone. FTA Global developed a consistent corporate narrative, built media relationships, created recurring editorial opportunities, and laid the foundation for continued industry visibility.
What do we learn?
Building a corporate reputation requires more than generating media mentions.
A founder interview should help readers understand the company. An opinion piece should contribute something relevant to an industry discussion. A press release needs a genuine business story.
FTA Global built its PR programme around these distinctions.
The work began with media introductions and moved into regular editorial participation, leadership engagements, industry recognition, and brand publishing.
The central lesson is that corporate visibility becomes more meaningful when every media opportunity adds to the same company story.
